Patient Responsibilities
- Give accurate contact information to the MedCare Drug Mart team so that they are able to reach you if needed.
- Provide to the best of your knowledge a comprehensive medical history in order to appropriately provide pharmaceutical service.
- Contact MedCare Drug Mart with changes in your condition or any risks you believe may become a concern.
- Provide MedCare Drug Mart with a list of all of the medications you are taking, or ensure you provide access to a pharmacy that can provide MedCare Drug Mart with a list of the medications you are taking.
- Do not share your prescribed medications with anyone.
- Take all prescribed medications as instructed.
- Always finish all prescribed antibiotics unless instructed otherwise by your Healthcare Provider or Pharmacist.
- Ask all questions you may have regarding your pharmaceutical treatment plan to members of the MedCare Drug Mart team to ensure your treatment plan is fully understood.
