Additionally, select clinics are offering rostered services, allowing individuals to register as regular patients for ongoing care. It’s important to note that rostered services are only available at specific clinic locations, so we encourage new patients to submit a Patient Enrollment Request form to get started. Alternatively, patients are welcome to check with their nearest clinic to confirm availability and ensure they can access the right care for their needs.
